1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the Centinals website at https://centinals.com, including its contact form and live chat (together, the "website"). The website is operated by CLL Systems Sdn Bhd (registration 200901026311 / 869413-X), Level 7, Tower 7, Avenue 5, The Horizon, Bangsar South, No. 8, Jalan Kerinchi, 59200 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia ("CLL Systems", "we", "us").

By accessing or using the website, you agree to comply with these terms to the extent applicable to your use. If you use the website on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act on its behalf. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the website.

These terms govern your use of the website only. Any purchase, subscription, licence, implementation or support of Centinals products and services is governed by the separate written agreement or accepted quotation applicable to that transaction.

2. Our products and services

The website describes the Centinals applications (AssetCentinals, Vision AICentinals, HRCentinals, EventCentinals and Digital Identity) and related services such as configuration, integration, hosting, deployment and support.

This information is a general description for businesses and organisations. It is not an offer, a quotation or a guarantee that a feature, integration or deployment option will be available for your particular requirements. Screens, dashboards and figures shown on the website are illustrations, not real customer data.

Any purchase, subscription, licence, implementation or support of our products and services is governed only by a separate written agreement or accepted quotation between your organisation and CLL Systems. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.

3. Enquiries and live chat

When you send an enquiry or use live chat, you agree to:

• give accurate information, and use your own name and contact details;
• use them only for genuine enquiries about our products and services;
• not send content that is unlawful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, misleading or infringes anyone's rights;
• not send malicious code, spam, or automated or bulk submissions; and
• not send confidential, sensitive or regulated information that is not needed to answer your enquiry.

Live chat is staffed during our published opening hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Malaysia time, except public holidays). We aim to reply promptly, but we do not guarantee that someone will be available or a response time. When no one is available, please send an enquiry or email us at [email protected].

Chat conversations and enquiries are recorded and kept as described in our Privacy Policy. Information our team gives you through the website, by chat or by email is general guidance to help you assess our products. It is not professional, legal or technical advice for your specific situation, and it is not binding on us unless confirmed in a written agreement or quotation.

We may end a chat, decline an enquiry, or block access to the contact form or live chat where we reasonably believe these terms are being broken.

The website and its content, including text, graphics, illustrations, product names, the Centinals name and logo, page designs and software, belong to CLL Systems or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Centinals™ and the names and logos of the Centinals applications are used as brand identifiers by CLL Systems. Any registered trademark rights are subject to the relevant registration and applicable law.

You may view the website and print or save pages for your own internal evaluation of our products. Except as permitted by law or with our prior written permission, you may not copy, modify, republish, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works from the website's content, or use our names or logos in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation or authorization.

Other companies' names, products and trademarks mentioned on the website belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify or describe their products, services or compatibility.

6. Third-party services and links

The website uses services from other companies, such as Google reCAPTCHA, and may link to other websites, including cllsystems.com. We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of websites we do not operate. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.

7. Availability and disclaimer

We take reasonable steps to keep the website accurate, available and secure. However, the website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Malaysian law. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts any rights or remedies available under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or other applicable legislation where those laws apply.

Any liability arising from products or services purchased from CLL Systems is governed by the applicable written agreement or accepted quotation, subject to mandatory legal requirements.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data through the website, including the contact form and live chat. It forms part of these terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to our website, services, business operations or applicable laws.

If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.
