IT endpoints, meaning Windows laptops and desktops via agent-based telemetry, and non-IT assets such as furniture, tools, equipment and stock, tagged with passive UHF RFID and scanned at gateways or during stock counts. - **Which operating systems are supported?** The agent supports laptops and desktops running Windows 8 and above. Non-IT assets are tracked with RFID tags regardless of any operating system. - **How heavy is the agent?** It is a lightweight background service. Agent updates are downloaded and swapped in the background with no end-user interruption, no reinstall and no prompts. - **How current is the endpoint data?** Near real-time. The console shows online status with last-seen timestamps down to seconds. - **Does geofencing cover non-IT assets?** Yes. Agent-installed devices and RFID-tagged assets both raise alerts, with gateway readers firing zone-exit alerts the instant a tagged asset leaves the building. - **How do users log in?** Passkeys, TOTP-based multi-factor authentication, plus single sign-on with Microsoft Entra ID and Google Workspace over OAuth 2.0 and OIDC. - **Can we rebrand it as our own?** Yes. White labeling is available, with your own logo and product name. - **Who owns the source code?** CLL Systems develops and supports Centinals. Source-code ownership and usage rights depend on the agreed licensing terms. ### Vision AICentinals - **Do we need to replace our cameras?** No. The platform is designed to work with existing CCTV infrastructure. The cameras you already have become the sensors. - **Edge or cloud?** Both are supported. Edge AI servers run close to the data source for lower latency and bandwidth. The cloud inference endpoint serves scale. The mix is chosen to fit the site. - **Do we need AI engineers?** No. Model customization is no-code, through a visual interface, and the setup wizard is a drag-and-drop pipeline builder with ready-made components. - **How do alerts reach our team?** Mobile push, email, WhatsApp, Telegram or any other communication channels, with a short video preview and action buttons. A dedicated mobile app can also be developed for your organization. - **Will animals trigger false drone launches?** Response workflows are configured for the agreed use case. Any drone or automated-response capability is subject to technical, operational and regulatory review. - **How fast is the perimeter response?** Response time depends on the detection model, network, system design and selected workflow. It should be confirmed for each use case. - **Can one deployment cover several use cases?** Yes. The same camera network serves multiple functions simultaneously. ### HRCentinals - **Who is it built for?** It is designed for organizations that need a more structured way to manage workforce information, documents, resources and compliance dates. It can also be configured for foreign-worker operations. - **Does it track document expiry?** Yes. Track expiring passports, permits and medical records with in-app alerts, expiry lists and renewal tracking. - **Can it work with our existing biometric system?** Yes. Attendance data from supported fingerprint systems can be uploaded via Excel for processing within the platform. - **Do we need a developer to configure it?** No. Administrators can manage users, access permissions, approval workflows, payroll formulas, reference data and reminders without coding. - **How is access controlled?** Role-based access controls define who can view, edit or approve records in each module, helping protect sensitive workforce data. - **How does it handle different regulations?** The system can be configured to support different operational and regulatory requirements. Compliance depends on the rules configured and how the system is used. ### EventCentinals - **Who uses it?** EventCentinals supports golf tournaments, local and international youth sports events, corporate functions, exhibitions and other organized activities. Its features and workflows can be configured to suit the requirements of different event types. - **Can EventCentinals handle large numbers of participants?** Yes. Bulk participant import allows organizers to upload participant lists instead of entering records individually, helping speed up registration administration and event preparation. - **Can it manage golf tournament draws and starting formats?** Yes. Golf tournament flights can be generated based on handicap, previous results or player name. Supported starting formats include shotgun, one-point start, two-point start and custom configurations. - **Does EventCentinals support live scoring and results?** Yes. Scorers can enter results during play, with rankings updated in real time. Results can be displayed on public leaderboards and on-site TV screens, subject to the event configuration. - **How do I notify players of a delay?** The Announcements module allows organizers to send messages to all participants at once. Updates appear in the participant portal in real time, helping players stay informed of delays and schedule changes. - **Are results auditable if there is a dispute?** Yes. Standardized scoring, printable draw lists and an audit trail of score entries help organizers verify results, resolve disputes and maintain greater transparency. - **What analytics do players get?** Players can view positions, strokes, scoring breakdowns and round-by-round trends across previous tournaments, with live ranking updates during play. ### Digital Identity - **Does the recipient need an app?** No. An NFC tap opens the digital profile in the phone's browser, allowing recipients to view and save contact details without installing an app. QR codes provide an alternative sharing method. - **Which devices are compatible?** Digital Identity supports compatible NFC-enabled smartphones and QR-code access through supported devices. Compatibility depends on the phone, operating system, browser and configured functionality. - **Can I use our own domain name?** Yes. Digital Identity can be configured to use an organization's own domain or subdomain, subject to the deployment setup. CLL Systems will assist with the required DNS configuration and verification. - **What are the on-prem server requirements?** Server requirements depend on the number of users, expected usage, integrations and security requirements. CLL Systems will recommend an appropriate specification based on the deployment scope. - **What happens if a card is lost?** Administrators can manage digital profiles centrally and take appropriate action when a card is lost. Security depends on the configured access controls and deployment. The card's physical security and any separate access-control functions should also be considered. - **How is it priced?** Pricing depends on the selected card configuration, number of users, required features, deployment model and support requirements. CLL Systems will provide a proposal based on the confirmed scope. - **Is it really cheaper than paper?** Digital profiles can reduce the need to reprint business cards when contact details or job titles change. Overall savings depend on card costs, platform requirements, user numbers and deployment scope. - **How do we get started?** Getting started involves setting up the company administrator account, providing company details, creating employee profiles, approving the card design, and arranging card encoding, printing and delivery. CLL Systems will guide you through the process. ## Company - Developer: CLL Systems Sdn Bhd, Level 7, Tower 7, Avenue 5, The Horizon, Bangsar South, No. 8, Jalan Kerinchi, 59200 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia - Email: cllsoftware@cllsystems.com - Phone: +60 3 9771 1331 - Corporate website: https://cllsystems.com ## Legal - [Privacy Policy](https://centinals.com/privacy-policy): How CLL Systems collects, uses and protects personal data sent through the Centinals website, contact form and live chat, and your rights under the Malaysian PDPA. - [Terms of Service](https://centinals.com/terms-of-service): The terms for using the Centinals website by CLL Systems, including the contact form and live chat.
